Free mindfulness workshops
The use of mindfulness-based techniques is linked to a reduction in stress and anxiety, physical symptoms of pain, and depression. Weekly, one-hour Mindfulness Workshop sessions will be offered spring semester at the Wells Library Tuesdays from 4 to 5 p.m. at the IQ Wall and Wednesdays from 4 to 5 p.m. at CAPS on the fourth floor of the IU Health Center.

Fashion forward
On Wednesday, Jan. 22, from 4-8 p.m., join My Sister’s Closet to find affordable professional attire. Image consultants will be on hand to help students find professional suits and accessories.
